VECTOCLEAN, 
CONTROLING THE ORGANOLEPTIC RISK

Clean air remains an essential element in the quality of your products. Vectoclean is a preventive tool aimed to preserve the organoleptic integrity (taste and smell) of your production. This device is an air treatment unit for dry matter storage environments (anti-odors) and the rehabilitation of wine containers (elimination of molds, bacteria and yeasts, especially Brettanomyces). The system implements the concept of negative oxygen, produced in a controlled way by ionizing the air. Directly connected to the power supply, it consists of a pyrex reaction chamber, where the air supplied by a ventilation system circulates. 
Inside, metal electrodes and a glass tube generate electric arcs that ionize the air. A feeling of freshness emerges, indicating that the atmosphere is charged with negative oxygen.

VECTOPUR, 
WATER PURITY

The properties of water can play a decisive role in the entire process of developing your agri-food products. Wine-making operations, cleaning of containers, processing rooms, agri-food products, bottles, etc. are just some of the steps that can change the character of your products. Vectopur is a filtration and purification unit that removes chlorine, bromine, haloanisoles and halophenols. Installed at strategic points, the device consists of two cartridges mounted in series. The first, made of polypropylene, filters microbiological materials. The second, composed of activated carbons, removes chlorine, bromine, organochlorines and organobromines.
Efficient and easy to use, Vectopur enables you to preserve all the quintessential aromas of your wine.

WEB'AIR, 
AIR PURITY

To provide a simple and effective solution for purifying the atmosphere in your production, breeding and storage buildings, the laboratory has designed an air filtration system. Specially adapted to wine-growing premises, Web'air works on a principle of adsorption of controlled activated carbons. As the properties of each site are different, it is necessary to carry out a support approach in order to control and optimize the air purification effects.

THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PRODUCTS

Because the materials used to transport your products and/or the parts in contact with your goods can change their organoleptic properties, the laboratory has developed a protection system specially designed for containers. This complete kit consists of a protective cover that can be placed directly on the floor and held by resistant plates allowing loading by forklift truck.

VECTOTRAP, 
AIR QUALITY DIAGNOSIS

Ideal in a quality and hygiene control approach (called HACCP in France), this air sampling system enables you to evaluate your atmospheres and verify that a certain threshold is not exceeded.
This kit, designed by our laboratory, enables the dynamic trapping of various molecules that can be marker of contamination. Easy to use, this device has been designed so that you can take samples yourself from the strategic points of your site. Sent to the Vectoeur laboratory, the analyses of the samples will allow you to know precisely the quality of the air in which you are developing your products.
