The mission is generally broken down into three phases:
- A study phase: raising awareness of stakeholders upstream (APS, APD, DCE)
- A works phase: meetings to raise awareness among craftsmen, site monitoring, document or material analysis, project management
- A monitoring phase: analysis upon acceptance, annual monitoring after acceptance.
Depending on the size and complexity of the project, some interventions may be optional, and other specific interventions may be added.
Optional support using the ECRAINS® method to recognize your commitment to responsible building for healthy indoor air.
As part of the project team, the ECRAINS® coach is responsible for guiding and coordinating efforts to ensure good indoor air quality.
To this end, he or she can draw on the tools of the ECRAINS® method, as well as on a network of players. Recognition of the successful application of the ECRAINS® method is validated by the award of performance points, compared with the initial objectives and established on the basis of 80 indicators.
The project is presented to an inter-professional evaluation committee, open to the public and made up of experienced professionals from a variety of backgrounds. It mobilizes a committee of independent experts with complementary backgrounds, including at least one expert in indoor air quality.
