Controlling organoleptic risk

Air purity is essential to the quality of your products. Vectoclean is a preventive tool designed to preserve the organoleptic integrity (taste and odor) of your production. Vectoclean is an air treatment unit for dry matter storage environments (odor control) and wine container rehabilitation (elimination of molds, bacteria and yeasts, in particular Brettanomyces). The system uses the concept of negative oxygen, produced in a controlled manner by air ionization. Directly connected to the mains, it consists of a Pyrex reaction chamber, through which air is circulated by a ventilation system.
Inside, metal electrodes and a glass tube generate electric arcs that ionize the air. The result is a sensation of freshness, a sign that the atmosphere is being charged with negative oxygen.
