Historically dedicated to the study of wine and its environment, the Vectoeur laboratory is now extending its expertise to the agri-food industry, as well as to the industrial, packaging, and construction sectors. The purity of a product depends on several factors: packaging, air quality, storage locations, etc. All these elements must be taken into account to ensure the quality of your business sector.

THE ORIGIN OF OUR EXPERTISE
Since its inception, the laboratory has built its reputation and expertise in the wine industry. The environment inherent to this sector is an important factor to consider. The pursuit of purity, both organoleptic and sanitary, remains a determining factor in the success of a wine. The atmosphere in the cellars, the quality of the air, water, and materials in contact with the wine (cork, wood, epoxy resin, etc.) are all parameters that interact throughout the winemaking process and can cause olfactory and organoleptic disturbances. Our knowledge of various aromatic perceptions and our expertise in chromatographic analysis enable us to accurately diagnose the origin of these disturbances.
This means that our laboratory is able to interact at every stage of production and therefore with every player involved in winemaking. Cork manufacturers, corkers, coopers, oenologists, and winegrowers can benefit from our expertise, advice, and appropriate solutions to protect the fruits of their labor.

Because breathing clean air should never be optional. In 2020, the Vectoeur laboratory solved a complex case in a nursery in a large French city: a persistent odor in the premises, children showing signs of respiratory discomfort, and concerned parents.
Recognizing the added value of our contribution to improving air quality for all, at the end of 2024 we began the Cofrac LAB REF 30 accreditation process to carry out regulatory measurements for monitoring indoor air quality in establishments open to the public.
This will enable us to help public buildings affected by the legislation to meet their obligations in a simple and effective manner.
